Bsc Microbiology

Bsc Microbiology aims at equipping students with knowledge, skills and attitudes required to promote microbial scientific research, conservation of biological diversity, quality teaching, diverse career development and community service for the purpose of enhancing Christian living and enriching human dignity through use of microbial in addressing environmental and livelihood improvement issues.

Upon graduating with Bsc. Microbiology a person is eligible to work in the following areas:

  1. Pharmaceutical & Medical industry.
  2. Vaccine production units
  3. Both Medical and Veterinary research laboratories.
  4. Food & Nutrition industries
  5. National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA)
  6. Water and Sewerage Companies
  7. Agricultural Research Institutions
