1996 to April 1997: Studied Pulmonology at Meir Hospital Tel-Aviv and attained Certificate of Pulmonology from Tel-Aviv University
1985 to 1988: Studied internal Medicine at the University of Nairobi and attained a Master of Medicine (M.Med) degree in internal medicine.
1977 to 1983: Studied Medicine at the University of Nairobi and attained Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree (MBChB).
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
2016 up-to-date: Full-Time Senior Lecturer/HoD – Uzima University.
2014 to 2016: Part-Time Lecturer – Uzima University.
2011 to 2016: Chief of department of Internal Medicine/Senior Specialist (Deputy Director of Medical Services at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and referral hospital – Kisumu
1988 to 2011: Chief of Department of internal medicine/ Assistant Director of Medical Services at Kisii Level 5 hospital.
1986 to 1988: Senior house officer pursuing post graduate studies in internal medicine at the Kenyatta National Hospital – Nairobi, Kenya.
1984-1985: District Medical Officer of health of Narok District stationed at the Narok District hospital, Rift valley Province , Kenya.
1983 to 1984: Internship at the Kakamega Provincial General Hospital, Western Province.
