The institution has set up a well stratified administrative structure in accordance with the stipulations set by the Commission for University Education. The institution is owned by Uzima University Trustees through a trust deed registered in the name of the Institution Uzima University registered trustees.
The institution’s Academic affairs is governed by the Senate of Uzima University.
